As a major contributor to the maturity of AIM’s market presence, Jon engages with some of the nation’s largest corporations to provide guidance on reengineering and improvement for on-boarding contract, contingent and consulting labor.

Background

Jon joined the AIM team in 2007 to spearhead development efforts for AIM’s Chicago market and played a key role in refining AIM’s organizational, developmental, and business processes. Prior to that, as a technical consultant, he established a reputation for excellence in both the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale and Chicago markets.

Jon began his career with the University of South Florida, where he spent five years in procurement as a buyer and department manager. Jon graduated from the University of South Florida with a BS in Business Management.

Interests

Jon is an avid athlete in perpetual training for his physical and mental well being. He is a serious competitor, having been raised on the ice in Canada where he honed his hockey skills and developed his passion for building and leading highly effective teams.
