Josh provides direction, guidance, and process controls for AIM’s recruiting organization. He is passionate about how AIM delivers excellence in the recruiting organization. Josh focuses on quickly and effectively providing a wide range of technical expertise provided to corporate clients.

Background

Josh co-founded Sage IT Services as a managing partner. Sage IT, a technical staffing and consulting firm in Seattle, combined forces with AIM Consulting in 2010 to deliver stronger technology consulting and professional services.

He began his career as a technology recruiter at ConsultNet, where his expertise earned him a reputation as a top performer and then worked as an account executive and sales director in the Seattle marketplace.

Interests

Josh and his wife and three daughters reside in the Seattle area and enjoy many recreational pursuits in the Pacific Northwest. He graduated from the University of Washington, and continues his formal studies as he learns daily lessons from four different female bosses at home.
