In her words, Nichole likes to “run a tight ship” and helps everyone navigate through the processes, practices, policies, and procedures that make AIM run smoothly. Her attention to detail allows the company to focus on serving clients, building relationships, and adding value. She adds a spark of energy and fresh ideas to the AIM family.

Background

Nichole started her career early in life diving into her family business in central Illinois, which had a distinctive customer-service focus. She dealt with a range of issues, from union negotiations and safe work practices to complex insurance, employee policy, marketing programs, loyalty and communications initiatives. She since worked for two national corporations in HR generalist positions. Nichole holds an MS in HR from Loyola University in Chicago and a BS in Marketing from Illinois State University, and is a certified PHR professional.
